protect joomla content. disable copy

Does anybody know about a component/plugin/script for joomla to protect the content items against copy? I want to disable the capability to select the text on site and to use crtl+c or copy.

Can anyone out there explain how this is acheivable?

Currently I have come accross this: onselectstart="return false"
I found this on webmasterworld.com but the person was complaining if s/he used it directly, it made the pages no longer valid... and the final solution was too summarised for me to understand.

So again, can anyone explain this, and also how one might apply something like this to a joomla site?
