Sorenson 360 videos into Joomla site - changing embed code

I'd love anyone's brilliance in figuring out why I can't get a Sorenson 360 video embed code to work properly in Joomla. I cut and paste the code from Sorenson into the HTML editor in an article or module, then click update > apply/save. But somehow Joomla is changing the code and then the video won't appear, only what looks like a hyperlink to the video file name and a wireframe box of the video dimensions. Thanks very much!!!
