Template Builder with Dream Weaver?

Im looking in a Joomla book written in 2005 and on page 259 it tells me to download mambosolutionsDW_107.zip  and it doesnt tell me where i would be able to DL it from...  I'm trying to build templates in Dream Weaver, but i need this extension.  Please help me :|
