Menu has disappeared!!!

The menu on our website, www.AKKrescue.com, went missing some time ago and still has not been restored. We are a national 501(c)3 charity dog rescue, and there is no other way for visitors to navigate our website without the menu. We are receiving numerous emails and direct messages from people asking how to apply to adopt or volunteer or donate, because there is no menu for them to find these forms. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Have you checked if menu module is published? And to correct position?
