Administrator area: level access

Post by lnunesbr » Thu Jul 19, 2007 4:21 pm

Is there any way to define level access inside the administrator area, for example, user john can write articles, and user bob can add bookmarKs...

is it possible???

thanks a lot!

Sure...  define the access and tell John only to write articles and Bob only to add bookmarks.  Give them both adminstrator access.

There will one day be a way to specify access in a more granular way, but not with the standard install of 1.5.  There are extensions that try to do something like this, but I've never used them.
