Can't open and edit an old website .

Hello , recently my father decided that he wants to update a really old website that we own which hasn't really seen any improvements in years . Unfortunately he is unable to do so because there really isnt anything editable when opened via Joomla . There is home which doesnt lead to anywhere and log out . This http://www.eltatech.com/ is the page that he is trying to open . It is in Bulgarian but as you can see it is an actual website and not something blank .
We both are unable to find what the reason could be for this issue . Any advice on how to proceed ? We havent found a solution within the settings of Joomla so far and thus I decided to reach out here in the forums . Thank you in advance .

Your screen-shot is from a Joomla 3.x front-end without any content. To get from 1.5 to 3.x, you have to migrate using a migrator.

Thank you very much . It apears that he was able to open it and edit what he wanted . Again thank you for your time .
