Editing hyperlink in homepage? Topic is solved

Hello,

Until I get around to migrate an antique 1.5.x, I need to find a way to edit the homepage so that a link in it points to "/forum" instead of the current "/component/option,com_rokbridge/Itemid,58/".

As semi-expected, the index.php at the root only contains code.

So I assume the actual link is somewhere in the database.

Where could I look for it?

Go to Menu Manager and change the Menu Items.

But you cannot set an item of type External URL as default.

I can't connect to Joomla's admin interface: https://acme.org/administrator → https://www.acme.org/plugins/system/404.html

On the filesystem, I see a configuration.php at the root with Joomla-related infos, and a www/.htaccess file.

As protection, could it be the admin interface is blocked when accessing from the web?

A security extension may have been installed. Disable the plugin in the database.

Edit: As for editing the front page… it looks a bit more complicated, especially with the Rokbridge involded to merge the Joomla and phpBB user bases (look in the Menus section).
