Could anyone help me how to fix this problem? :( im using localhost WAMP

Strict standards: Non-static method JSite::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in D:\wamp\www\templates\colorshop\tools.php on line 4

and

Strict standards: Non-static method JApplication::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in D:\wamp\www\includes\application.php on line 536

set error_reporting is NONE
