Joomla integration with Miva Merchant

Does anyone have experience integrating Joomla CMS with Miva? Basically I want to empower my client with the capability to change Miva content from within Joomla. This would probably be fairly simple, except for the fact that Miva does not support (PHP) includes. Can someone shed some light on the issue?

One of my developers had the same issue. Miva is great when you do not need to modify it a great deal. Have you tried OS Commerce?
