I urgently need help

I am new to Joomla. Joomla hosts our website Trade-Mobile.com a mobile business site. I went into the site to add more editorial changes yesterday ausing our superadmin name and password (she has left the company). While there I changed her from superadmin but only added myself as a user!!! Now I can't access the admin function of the site - in short I'm locked out. I urgently need to be able to update it.
Please can someone help??

Best thing is to ask that person for the username and password. I believe there is now way to get the administrator password unless you have rights on cpanel. if theres a way they might using it for hacking.
