FrankZoid, but this extension says WordPress to Joomla, not Blogger to Joomla migration. I am not sure whether I can use it or not - lest I break my site...
I've found this tut using another extension: http://www.[youtube].com/watch?v=hnrpzrxHFPM
Hopefully this will help.

I'm not sure about your other extension, but the idea behind this solution is that you import blogger to Wordpress (http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content), and then Wordpress to Jooma.

Re: How to Import blogger Into a Joomla Website?
You can use the Blogger import function and then export the posts into Joomla. Another way I found is described in this tut: http://[spam]/8cyzGg (it won't let me post the link in the normal format, so I had to use the shortener, sorry.)tintumon wrote:Hello

You can use .htaccess to redirect old links to new links,My developer has designed it well, but i am scared about the existing URLs and data transfer from a blogger xml file joomla. if the url format ie. [..] not remain same all the indexed pages will convert in error 404 and i will lose ranking in search engines
The dummy is showing a complete different permalink ending on .aspx like format.
or use Joomla's Redirect Manager (note: enable the redirect plugin!).
All 404 errors will be listed and you can create redirects to the new pages.
You can also create them yourself (and not wait for 404 errors)
See: https://docs.joomla.org/Help33:Componen ... ct_Manager

Re: How to Import blogger Into a Joomla Website?
I think the easiest solution would be to use the automated service. That way you won't have to migrate from Blogger to WordPress and from WordPress to Joomla, but rather transfer directly from Blogger to Joomla. I know there are quite a few solutions out there, so you would definitely be able to find something that would suit you in terms of price and options offered. Personally I have tried cms 2 cms, worked fine for me.
