You could transfer your site developed in Joomla! from one host/server to another host/server by the following ways.

(i) Use the extension Akeeba Backup Core (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ackup/1606) to backup your site including the database. You have to transfer the archive file created by Akeeba Backup Core to your remote host and use the kickstart.php script file (created by Akeeba Backup Core developers) to restore the site.

(ii) Use the manual process. Review the document http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_copy_ ... te_host%3F for more information.

Note:
(a) In both the cases, you have to create a new database on the remote host, create a user for the database, grant all privileges to the user for connecting to it.
(b) Akeeba is already mentioned in the document referenced.
(c) There is no need to install Joomla! on the remote host.

You can use ftp to transfer the files.

Once you copy the file kickstart.php in the directory where you have copied the backed up file, you could type your-new-site-url/kickstart.php in the address bar of a browser.

Suggest going through the documentation of Akeeba for more information.

One last question that I zipped the file format (. Jpa with Akeeba) I copy it to the httpdocs directory with the (kickstart.php) to my new server. And end I should writte on the browser bar my site name with the end ("kickstart.php") and the site will then be installed on the new server?

Thank you very much for your help and for his lost time!

Yes, you are correct. Hope the httpdocs has only two files - the backup file that Akeeba created and the script kickstart.php.

Hope you have done the following:
