Guest-Only Menu Items
How do I create menu items that only guests can view?

Re: Guest-Only Menu Items
When creating new Menu Item (> Menus) check appropriate access level. You will want 'Registered' or 'Special' ... only visitors in either of those two categories will be able to see the menu item.

Re: Guest-Only Menu Items
What I want is for guests and guests alone to be able to view certain menu items (registered and special members can't see them). I recall seeing a tutorial that involves making two differing menus (one for guests and one for members) and inserting a piece of code inside the index.php that makes one menu show for guests and another for registered members. I'll come back if I find it.

Have you been able to find an answer to this? I'm looking to hide module content from registered users (i.e., show only to guests). Seems to be a simple enough requirement. Unfortunately extensions like joomihide or rokaccess only work on article content, not the content of modules.

Re: Guest-Only Menu Items
Try this solution and think of putting your guest menu items in their own menu http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f ... u#p1204759

Here is a very nice hack with selectable options, I tested on 1.5.22 version. Try it:

If developers can build this hack to original code I will happy!
