Redirect suddenly stopped working correctly.

I am using Joomla to host sort of a ticket system. I have several ticket types from the home page. In the past when a user goes to our site, they would click on the ticket type, login if not already login then redirected back to the link they clicked on.
I simply edited some text in a calendar order form to reflect ordering of 2017 calendars.
Now when users click on a form after logging in they are redirected to the same form regardless of the link they click on. Once they user is logged in, they can go back to the home page and go directly to the form they are requesting.

I am using Joomla 1.7.3 on Windows Server 2008 64-bit with IIS, MySQL 5.5.19, and PHP. I do so a mod_login folder in modules/

Any help with resolving this would be appreciated.
