Can't access admin page for old abandoned joomla site

Hi,

Really hoping for a genius out there to help!

Around 2009 I created this Joomla site: http://www.thegreatcareerescape.com/

I can't even tell you what version it was then. (I think 1.5?)

I then abandoned it until 2013. At this time, I signed in and duplicated it to this:

http://www.2013site.thegreatcareerescape.com/

It's now 5 years later (about time to progress it some more!) and I can't sign in to either.

As you can see, they are showing different pages (the top one looking like I just took it offline but otherwise appears to be ok). The bottom one showing some sort of error.

Also on the admin page where I'm trying to sign in, I get different results.

I am not an experienced web designer so is anyone able to point me in the right direction of what I'm to do to access the content within my sites?

Note, I'm not concerned so much about bringing the site back - I just want my written content from the pages within. And I'm after the easiest/least time-consuming solution.

The www.2013site is empty no files.
The http://www.thegreatcareerescape.com/ looks like a j1.5.x and it is offline.
Do you have cpanel access? If so you can retrieve your written content from the database.Any images you can retrieve via ftp.

OK, I figured database might be the way to go. Don't suppose there's any info that might help me locate the correct records in the database? (I can sign in but once in I don't have much idea about what I'm doing...other than clicking around!)
