Joomla Password not working even after changing from Mysql

I am unable to login to control panel with new password that I changed from Mysql. May I know what should be the reason. FYI, there is no locking no blocking.

I followed these steps, earlier I did like this but this time not working.

Yes, these steps I followed too, out one way was to edit phpmysql pass with md5 selection
