Urgent, Menu Item Manager is not working

The Menu Item Manager of my Joomla 1.5.9 is working.
When you click "Main Menu", it shows nothing.

Still using Joomla 1.5??? You must upgrade to the latest version 3.9.28. After backing up your site try to upload administrator folder of a fresh joomla 1.5 and overwrite your one. Try to change administrator template.If persists problem may be due to php version of server. It may be necessary to downgrade php version.

1.5 will not work with any php above 5.6
