i need help please

hey
today i entered my site as usually and this line cam up

i tried to enter to the admin area but the same thing came up and in every sub domain that i have

except for one sub domain that is working but some one change a little in it and ad pictures and links to his site \
i think that this person hack to my site and destroyed it

please i need help about what to do in the site and what can i do for this person that hacked my site

Have you reviewed the Security and Performance FAQ's on the hrlp Site (http://help.joomla.org) they will provide with a wealth of information what steps to take next and what steps you can take to avoind the same thing happening in the future.

First thing to do I would say is to re FTP all the standard Joomla! Files back on to the server, "overwriting" those that are there.

It looks like the site index.php or template index.php is looking for a file named " ../inc/header.inc.php "  I am not sure that this file is supposed to be there,  if my memory serves me well, it is not part of the Joomla! file-set, but might be something to do with a custom template you have installed.
