We've been hacked

Post by friveraz » Fri Dec 07, 2007 1:09 pm

Hi guys,

This morning our site is down (only a blank page appears). This had happened once before, where the frontend was blank, but the adminstration section was fine.  It turned out to be a corrupt mysql database, which was easily fixed.

This time, however, it is different because as soon as I try to login into the administrator, PC-Cillin (virus/spam protection) gives a Dangerous Spyware warning. Address 77.221.133.188.

The address resolves to a computer in Russia.

We are using 1.5 beta.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Fernando

1.5 beta contains vulnerabilities which have been corrected in the following RCs.
I suggest you delete all and reinstall.

Thanks, infograf

That is just what we decided to do. Appreciate your response.

Best,

Fernando
