My site Hacked a couple times Joomla version 1.5.7

The template that i am using it is solar sentinel from rocketthemes, this template is not support by joomla 2.5, i know that I'm using an old version of jommla, but i have my website hacked a couple times, this is the php code that i get published in my image directory with the name of food.php and food.gif.

What can i do to prevent those files publish on my site again, (And more code just showing the start)

First of all, please remove the malicious code from public view. If you don't, the moderators will do it.

Please read the instructions in the sticky notes, especially http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=432&t=475313

You should check your site urgently for vulnerable extensions or get someone to do that, before finding a new template and migrating to a supported version of Joomla:
