database error has anyone come across this before

Hi, i have been told about this error on my site http://www.in2town.co.uk and i would like to know if anyone has come across this before and if so how do i solve it.
the error is as below. any advice on this would be great.
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'in2town_qwe.jos_community_users' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_community_users` ( `userid`,`points`,`thumb`,`avatar`,`params` ) VALUES ( '92','0','','','notifyEmailSystem=1\nprivacyProfileView=0\nprivacyPhotoView=0\nprivacyFriendsView=0\nprivacyVideoView=1\nnotifyEmailMessage=1\nnotifyEmailApps=1\nnotifyWallComment=0\n
just also found that it could be done to this

my hosting company sent me this
I have restored the database backup from 26 Feb 2013. The error message is no longer displayed, but the table "jos_community_users" is still not present in the database.
