Passing parameters on and displaying content accordingly

Hello

I have (build) a Joomla website (of course) on a webspace where different domains are pointing to.

I would love to replace the SITE TITLE automatically with the domain name that is actually calling the site, f.e:

http://happyhealthyrealm.com displays as a title HappyHealthyRealm.com
http://happyhealthyanimals.com.au displays as title HappyHealthyAnimals.com.au
http://happyhealthysouls.com displays as HappyHealthySouls.com

I have several other domain names, all starting with happyhealthy....

It would be fantastic if I also could change the entry page according to what domain is actually called to display the content.

Where would I start with this project. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
