2 free Joomla template quickstart packages

We've designed two templates for free, I'd love to see them and give us your feedback on these 2 templates:

I tried to download the packages.

I observed the following:

When you choose to download either of the templates mentioned or both the templates, the only file that gets downloaded is ElegantPortfolio.zip. It is a quickstart package. The template that is installed in the package is astroid_template_zero.

Could you please look into this?

The two links to the demo pages have now been fixed.

The demo page of the Elegant Portfolio uses the Astroid template, as noticed by @imanickam from the quickstart package, but the template in the demo page of the Gambit template is actually the old T3 BS3 Blank template from JoomlArt. Please explain!
