Waiting for the JED to approve this extension, I'm releasing my plugin for free.

What does it do? Upon registering with Google and obtaining an API key, your site will automatically submit saved articles, contacts, newsfeeds, tags, weblinks, and menu items to Google and Bing (separate IndexNow API key) for indexing.

Currently, there are a couple of paid extensions in the JED that submit to Bing, and one that submits to Google (also paid).

With a little work, it mine also submit URLs for 3rd party extensions (with tutorial).
