IMS / Complaint management Extension

Hi,

We've just migrated from EpiServer to Joomla in my firm, and as we're in the process of finding
a complaint management system, I was wondering if there are any extensions that cover this, comercial or GPL.

We basically want a system that lets you register cases, assign caseworkers, escalate cases if they are
not solved in a predefined period of time etc. I've seen there's a few CRM extensions out there,
but as we're only interessted in the complaint management part of it, a fullblown crm system
is a bit too heavy for our use.

Any input would be apprechiated.
