How To Add a Contact Page

i am a beginner to joomla, just yesterday installed. i added a contact us page but i don't know where these data stored and where these messages can view ? any body help me ?

User input via the contact form is not stored in the database.
It's only sent to the email address specified in the Contact item (which is configured in contact component)

Hi, can you tellbme how you actually successfully added a contact page? I've been trying and it's been practically impossible for a couple of weeks.

- I just want to add a page and plop a contact form onto it.
