Anim-FX with The Flash Module?

Hi,
I am having difficulty getting my Anim-FX flash animation to play in my home page header.
The flash file I created consists of both a .swf file and a .txt file- both files must be in the html directory where the index.php file is located according to Anim-FX's online documentation.

I'm using the Flash Module but I can't figure out what the file path should be.

based on experience Anim FX is not very clear on the instruction; such as a sample on how to add it in the module..
I manage to show the flash but only on the header part doing some hard code.. but adding it on module so that we can choose position is not explained.. i search over the forums and blogs but i think no one really use this application..
