new page won't publish

Hi there,
why, when i post my new subpage, does the box"you are not authorized to view ths resource" pop up instead of my new content? help!!

What are your article/menu/category access permissions set to?

Hi - All set to public. Now i find i have a new problem. when i went into the article manager before I had a video embedded, ready to go, and now there's ....nothing?? except for the 1 line of copy. will it upload when it publishes? that's so weird.
