Syntax Error in the Template

hello, today when I open my page, I get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $ end in /home/content/35/8818135/html/templates/rt_versatility_iii_j15/index.php on line 287.
I enter the code and ends:
</ Div>
</ Div>
<Jdoc: include type = "modules" name = "debug" style = "none" />
</ Body>
</ Html>

I believe that you are using Joomla! 1.5. What is the full version of Joomla! 1.5 being used?

Suggest checking whether the PHP has been upgraded.
