JCE, internal links, friendly URL and Automatic menu

I'm not sure where to post so please move if this is the wrong place.

I use the JCE to insert internal links to other articles, sections etc. And I use friendly url's. But every time I run an update of my automatic menu every link get screwed up with numbers in the url!

I'll give you an example. After a update the link is changed to:
/index.php/component/content/78-om-medlemskap/161-vanlig-medlemskap-og-stottemedlemskap
It should be:
/index.php/medlemskap/om-medlemskap/vanlig-medlemskap-og-stottemedlemskap

hard to say why this happens... If you look at the generated menu (in the administrator interface), can you tell me what the properties of such a menu item is? (it should be a link to an article I guess...)

My example is an article, but the problem is almost the same with sections and categories as well.

Not sure if I'm reading this correctly, but if you want to link an internal article to another internal article, try using the "linkr" component and its associated plugins.

Yes, I do like to link to an other of my articles or sections within the article I'm writing. I.e. "Please feel free to contact the administration (link) or the board (link) about this matter."
My guess was that the Automatic Menu causes the problem, but do you think that changing what component I use for linking, or change something in the SEO Settings might help?

I installed the Linkr-extension, but the problem persists.

I put in a link on the bottom here:

The link is to this article.
http://liv-laga.no/index.php/arbeid/horinger/dok8-08
After I update the automatic menu the link is changed to:
http://liv-laga.no/index.php/component/content/217
217 is the id-number of the target article.

Do I have to stop using Automatic menu?

I'm having this problem you had with JCE, my internal link does not work. it adds a number of the article, I think and it does not work, you as you discribed in you massage. What can I do to solve it? what did you do to solve your problem?
