How to edit the header page with a lock

Good day all
I have a Joomla website:
I have been trying to edit the 1 page on my header panel
It however shows a lock which is un-editable

I wish to change the 1 header page

You posted your question to a Joomla 1.5 forum. Are you sure your site uses Joomla 1.5? What is the URL?
