Joomla .1.8.8 Phoca Gallery problem-see no pics

Phoca Gallery Version1.8.8 beta

I have loaded the Phoca Gallery 1.8.8 beta into my joomla 1.5 system, and it looks good, improved as it has a slide function

But, the only problem is that the system 1.5 does not show any photos or the pop up gallery,

pls help do I have to add an extension or change some parameters?
