Hey, i would like to offer some help here.
To get traffic to your website, you need to do a couple of things.
It is good that you have written the content all by yourself. But the thing is whether the content you have written includes the desired keywords you niche searches for.
Try to do a keyword research for you niche. Use Google Adwords or other keyword exploring tools available over the internet.
Secondly, once you are done with delivering the right content for the right audience, you can share you content on social media platforms whichever you have access to. Bring people to your social media handle and not only provide them with what you have done rather also engage them on different things.
One thing i forgot mention above, when you are delivering content make sure you quote or refer some influential people related to your domain. This way people will believe you to be saying something credible.

And lastly, a minimal content is not essential. Try to increase your content.

I am too having a personal blog for which i am using SEO tips, blog comments, tweets, videos, keywords, analytic and bunch of tools for attracting traffic to my blog, but since my blog's contents are in Hindi language so I would have to put some extra efforts.
