Joomla! on the web
Why isnt Joomla! releases on majorgeeks.com? Wordpress and Drupal are. It should increase a popularity a bit.
I think it may be a good idea. Can you do this?

Re: Joomla! on the web
Probably because that website is not well known (or maybe I am the only one that hears about it for the first time).
Or because you need volunteers to keep the listing up-to-date.
If you think that it's a good idea, please volunteer to make it happen!
And keep the listing up-to-date with every Joomla release.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Joomla! on the web
It's not on https://www.snapfiles.com either
It's on https://download.cnet.com but several older versions
Perhaps someone could make sure those sites point to https://downloads.joomla.org/

Re: Joomla! on the web
Yes, you are right. The requirements state "include press kit" etc, so it's probably more something for the Joomla Marketing Team. I'll contact the marketing team.
Thank for trying anyway!

Re: Joomla! on the web
Need to discuss with you, I wrote majorgeeks.com about Joomla! 3.9.21
Will be a good idea to post also Joomla! 4 Beta 4 as beta? Joomla! will have more testers.
Thanks for help!

Re: Joomla! on the web
If you think that it's a good idea to post also Joomla! 4 Beta 4, then feel free to add it.
Please mention that the Beta version is only for testing purposes and not for live sites.
Thanks!

Re: Joomla! on the web
For me this type of PR/Marketing should be organised task for the Marketing department/coordinator.
It’s a very good "proactive" pr for Joomla in different channels and it’s very important bcs people/users doesn’t know about Joomla in the world..

Re: Joomla! on the web
I am awaiting a reply from snapfiles. I agree with @JurajB it is best Joomla's PR/Marketing take up the baton.

Re: Joomla! on the web
I think you have to go to Joomla teams ie https://volunteers.joomla.org/teams and there find the Marketing team https://volunteers.joomla.org/teams/marketing ie Github https://github.com/joomla/joomla-marketing
