No announcement on 4.3 release yet. Probably a long way off.
Here's some info but not much about actual release schedule.

Joomla 5 is the 'talk of the town' currently here and here

4.2.4 schedule is 8 November.

As per the milestones in github (https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/milestones), the tentative release date for Joomla! 4.3.0 is April 18, 2023.

thank you @imanickam. I was looking at the roadmap pages and didn't see a mention of 4.3.
