How do I resolve secure connection problem on website

I browse to a website and can't fill their online form due to the error below. I get stucked. What is the solution to it as a visitor to the website

Even if I clicked verify human, it still not proceeds

Checking if the site connection is secure

....... needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.
Why am I seeing this page?

This topic has nothing to do with Joomla because the website in question does not use Joomla.

The website is using the Cloudflare CDN to improve performance and also to block bots and spammers.

If you don't manage the website, there's nothing you can do about it.

It's on that website owner/webmaster to get the SSL issue sorted.

If you click the "Why am I seeing this page?" link on the page your screenshot refers to does that explain it?

I see the same Cloudflare "checking this site is secure" page but it passes that "test" but then I get a Gateway time out which indicates the URL https://recruitment.ndlea.gov.ng/ itself has issues.

The site is very slow. Ironic, since Cloudflare among other services, is a CDN service that is supposed to assist with faster loading of webpages.
