Joomla specialized hosting...

Post by develum » Sun Dec 08, 2024 6:14 am

I've noticed a bit of a whole in the market, both Wordpress and Drupal seem to have Enterprise or professional hosting solutions tailored to larger businesses or professional agencies. Companies such as pantheon.io and acquia.com focus on these markets, but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent for Joomla?

Is there a specific reason for this does one thing, what do people use for hosting and are people mixing and matching various solutions together to make an equivalent enterprise like solution. Our people rolling github.com with github actions into other web tools to match the offerings of say pantheon?

Any well done configured LiteSpeed server is perfect for Joomla, WordPress, Drupal or any other CMS.
Profesional solutions you mentioned is just marketing.

That answer seems a bit short-sighted; many websites with heavy traffic won't operate with one server; I'm talking about hosting for heavy-trafficked websites. Do you feel there just isn't a market here because Joomla customers just don't have high-trafficked sites, or what are your thoughts?
