a) How to make a Logo?
Is there any free PDF or literature about? What is important to know? What does the "Customer" (of the Page) like? Which Color are good? Shape, Size, Angle,...
I found on Google just one think Ads Ads Ads.

b) And which Application is good for a Logo and for the Small and Thiny Images who are required for a Webpage?
I use Pain.net but its horrible. I looking more like an Application who work total with Vector Graphic so everything can be changed every time.

To make logos, Adobe Illustrator is the most used vector application for the pros. But It is expensive. You also got inkscape or Vectr.

Nope like the small Pictures who use here in the Forum.
I know some of the company have change there model to a Monthly fee that sucks.
Adobe Illustrator 23,99 €/Month thats 5x more than I pay for my Cellphone Contract...

You can use inkscape or Vectr and many other applications. There is a lot of tutorials you can follow, search in google and [youtube]

There is a lot of services that are selling icon packages, there are also free libraries with icons free to use. You can use them as they are, or edit them to fit your need, colors, size and so on.

I always just use photoshop. You can actually download it (older versions) for free now on their website.

Works great though! Then you just need to play around with symbolism and find something that works.

I'm working on Ubuntu, I use the Gimp. There's also a version for Windows, unlike Photoshop, it is free.

You can use many online tools like freelogoservices or wix to make logo and favicon.
