how to Import phpmyadmin in joomla database csv file

When i import csv file in phpmyadmin then following this error.

#1118 - Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 65535. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs

That table is not in core Joomla. The MySQL error message at the bottom explains the reason for the error.

The database was exported to CSV mode due to its large volume, but now do not import in this file. how to format csv file import in phpmyadmin.

If the table was created by a third party extension, you could ask the developer of that extension which tool could be used.

On the other hand, according to the MySQL 5.7 manual the maximum row size is 65535 bytes in all storage engines. Therefore the developer should observe the recommendation in the suggestion in the error message and define certain columns as BLOB or TEXT instead.
