When moving to a new hosting company, what would you say are the most important things to consider?

Important things are to be a fast, joomla friendly and to your continent server, and also i prefer to be with cpanel.

I was cautious with the wording of my question.

I did not ask about the best European hosting or best performance, neither did I ask about the best Joomla Hosting or Joomla-compatible hosting etc.
