Are Joomla themes possible on Laravel CMS?

I'm working on a CMS with laravel 5.4, and I want to use joomla themes in it. I mean when users want to build a new website they can choose joomla theme on their website. Is it possible to use joomla themes on laravel 5.4 ? and if yes , How?

No, you should have to migrate all CMS content in Joomla. It's possible to implement joomla template on your CMS but you need a great developer and designer to do all this task.
