5.1.3 is out, probably some quick fix, without changelog so far...

5.1.3 can be next month's update. hard to keep up. the ".3" is probably to correct some missing semi-colon somewhere in 10,000 lines of code.

whats wrong with the joomla bootstrap fingerprint, does it have something with the template engine? It says Bootstrap 5
