Filipino Language Pack

Hi,

I have been trying to look for a good Filipino language pack but haven't found one (yet?).
Could someone please give a link of a good working Filipino language pack?

If there aren't any.. could someone explain to me how to make a language pack then? I have my translators ready to translate the website and I don't think it will be so difficult to translate the Joomla core?

We have been recently contacted by a volunteer for Filippino (Tagalog).

Thanks :) I will have a look to create the language pack by myself or if the language pack comes online within the next weeks I will download this one.
