how add my component language to it ??

hi to all

I'm a beginner in joomla.
I must make an component only for joomla 1.5
it must being multi language
I maked a "fa-IR.com_poll_se.ini" and "en-GB.com_poll_se.ini" file for admin and site sections.
now I want to add this file to install package.
but I dont know what must I add to "com_poll_se.xml" to install this file in language folder for admin and site ??

please help me!
