How to change Language when visit site from another country?

Hi

I have created a website - ascenter.com.au using Joomla 1.6

I want to change the language to Arabic when someone visit my site from middle east or Saudi arabia.

How can i do that??

- you must create multilang for site
- use one plugin and it will auto redirect language with country
- plugin will check Ip from country and detect
