error na inloggen van user

Hallo allemaal,

Als ik een user aanmaakt en die gaat inloggen dan krijg ik de error tezien
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JEditor::init() in /public_html/libraries/joomla/common/legacy/functions.php on line 540

Iemand die mij kan helpen heb trouwens de nightly build geinstalleerd. Het admin gedeelte kan ik gewoon op inloggen, maar zodra ik een normale user aanmaakt en die gaat inloggen op de main page krijg hij die error tezien.

op 11-12-06, 15:57, heeft Dutch Joomla een volledig Nederlandstalig pakket geupload en draagt revisienummer 5972, ik update de pakketten geregeld op DutchJoomla en er is een updatetopic die de aanpassingen aan de SQL ook tracht bij te houden voor diegene die er al mee an de slag zijn. Ik heb het zelfde probleem maar ik vermoed dat het door de template komt aangezien het niet gebeurt bij de orginele tempalte

Het heeft inderdaad met de 'oude' template te maken; verwijder de volgende regel uit de code:
id ) { initEditor(); } ?>
Dit zou het moeten doen, bij mij was hiermee het probleem opgelost.

als je template kiest moet je ze 1.5 compatibel maken op basis van de LAATSTE 1.5 versie. de initeditor is al sinds het begin van 1.5 niet meer aanwezig, controleer dus altijd goed met een standaard template van 1.5

Volgens mij hebben we het over 1.0xx templates die met versie 1.5 gebruikt kunnen worden. In de 1.0xx templates staat deze regel in de code en veroorzaakt, indien je deze in 1.5 gebruikt, problemen bij inloggen. Het klinkt schijnbaar te simpel maar het geeft je in ieder geval de tijd om je 1.0xx template 1.5-ready te maken terwijl de boel gewoon door draait onder 1.5.

We moeten het ook weer niet moeilijker maken dan het is; het is gewoon overdag bedacht.

gewoon advies van mij... converteer meteen die template en voorkom gewoon last met templateissues, het is heus zo moeilijk niet en het kan razendsnel. De documentatie van de 1.5 templatecodes is al tijdje online dacht ik.

I have joomla 1.5 nightly version of january 10, 2007, and cb 1.02 ...
(yes, i know this is for trials and not for working websites.... i know i'm using developemental joomla...)

this is dutch not german.
The problem you experience, what did you do when you got this error, what page where you on? was it a page of the CB component?

Just to let you know, CB is ONLY compatible wit the official Beta1, not nightly builds.

Hi thanks for your reply.

problem seems to be with CBlogin module and joomla? two issues:

1.  the link for registration does not show up in front page EVEN though I've activated it in the backend of module.  as you can see:  http://www.fineart.es/    link for registration is NOT there.

2.  if I placed my admin user and pass into the login form (CBLOGIN module) in front page...  then I get the line of error as mentioned in below

Any help is appreciated.

I did need to use the nightly 1.5 as virtuemart was incompatible with 1.5 beta1.  now virtuemart works, and many errors are gone.... but cblogin module doesn't, and for some reason i'm having mambot/plugin installation issues (which i'll deal with after..).

Thanks for any input.
(and yes... i realize this is developmental... still i hope the goal is approaching the errors and fixing them...)

Awnser 1:
module parameters are set correct?
1.5 uses an other function to retrieve them, maybe this is broken since the official beta1, can you confurm?

awnser 2:
Please report that bug on CB bugtracker, cb calls to a function that does not exist in the legacy functions. It was there in the official beta NOT the newer nightly builds so CB should change it to make it compatible again.

Also this: there are still SQL changes in 1.5 that require reinstallation, so be carefull!!
