ِ[40]Link and copyright terms on the footer module

According to the part of wiki "Special Exception for Minor Changes" i'll keep it simple!

Ability for a component to register a Link and copyright term, to use in footer module before joomla! terms on component's pages.

Not really clear on what is meant here, but if it's what I think it is there are ways to do it in layout overrides.
