Add parameters to View in Blog

Post by FatalMusic » Wed Mar 12, 2008 4:13 pm

Hello :)

Please consider the following for your next upgrade:

It would be great if the 'blog view' would have the option to thumbnail (set size + location left, center or right in parameters ) AND link the first image to the article. This would give much better control on to how the blog view is presented and looking at the forums, A LOT of people are in need of this.. It would make many very happy.

Thank you.

Iris

This is already possible through template overrides.

I think the point is that for basic things you should not have to create an over ride. Overrides limit your options since you must chose one or the other (you lose the core layout), a parameter lets you choose options.
