Very nice site. Navigation is great, and it's easy to find everything. Very clean look and easy to get around. The clean look makes a very nice read and easy on the eyes. Nice work.
If you're not a part of the solution, you're a part of the problem.

How are you tracking the results? And do you have individual stats on each player? I was looking for something to do this and all I have found is joomleague and I dont think it can be edited for track and field.

Usability
Not english. Lots of links, little bit hard to locate them.
Participation
Not sure if there is any use log in, but if there isn't this would be a good option.
Functionality
Page loads relatively fast.
Design
Home page too busy. No empty space around the sides of the page. Font is easy to read. No option to change language to english.
Browser Compatibility
Site displays and runs well on Internet Explorer.

I feel the right position font a bit too small.

Re: Track & Field Club from the Netherlands
the amount of text on the front page of the site, is a bit overwhelming. Needs more space and well placed images.
perhaps a couple of YooTools. modules will help

Your site still needs some improvements. It definitely deserves a better template. Also, you should also enlarge your font (Text size) and rework your right column. Otherwise, good site!

Re: Track & Field Club from the Netherlands
Looks ok. Certainly is providing a lot of good information, however I would consider adding a picture or something other then text on the home page. Try to grab attention of your visitor. Why should they join or train with your club over others? Is it the facilities, the people?
Perhaps cutting down the # of stories in the center text box would help give the reader a better idea about where you expect them to go next...or even adding a next event space that is clearly visible.
