Re: My New Joomla Site
Looks good! I like the css menu and the logo on the black background.
How did you do the "Like it? Share it!" module? Did you find each icon/link yourself, or is there code source for them all? It's well done.
Nice that you have the Earth Hour ad on the site too. :-)

Very, very attractive site, Caleb! :-) What did you use to get the "sign up newsletter" section?
Thanks for sharing. :-) And keep up the great work.

Hi there,
Thanks for the complement. The "sign up newsletter" section is a component from www.ijoobi.com (Acajoom News 3.1.0)
Thanks badtypist!

Re: My New Joomla Site
Thank you, Caleb, for getting back to me with that answer. I looked at that extension, and it seems quite complicated. I couldn't figure how how to just use it as a simple contact form. :-) Eventually I will try it out, though. I think I had an issue with it not sending me our email of a contact when I tested it on our live host (not localhost), so I just abandoned the extension altogether. But if you feel it is a good extension, I will keep plugging away at it.
Do you use it for a very large mailing list/newsletter? And if so, how has it worked out for you?
You site really is quite impressive!

Re: My New Joomla Site
Hi, I couldn't browse your site more than one page and even that took a long time tu display, but the first impression was good. Styled and good quality pictures.
Maybe your hosting is not that good.
Good job after all.

I like the site, it looks good and functionality seems high. What plug-in did you use to drive the gallery view, it looks especially nice.
